Arash was previously one of four equity partners at Direction Law where he founded the dedicated new homes department for plot buyers buying on outright sale developments. As well as all forms of new homes legal work, Arash specialises in standard residential conveyancing, landlord and tenant matters such as leasehold enfranchisement and right to manage applications, as well as property-based debt recovery and commercial property transactions, including acquisition and securitisation work. He is acutely aware of the commercial realities and time pressures facing clients in a deal, consistently providing a first-class legal service often to tight deadlines.
