Formerly a Legal Director at Charles Russell Speechlys, Sharon works in the New Homes Property Team providing new build and conveyancing services to a broad range of clients. She specialises in complex new build conveyancing transactions having spent many years working on both the developer and purchaser sides, including setting up new homes sites and acting in conveying the plots to buyers, including at many overseas events in the Far East. This allows her clients the benefit of her abilities to both resolve and explain highly complex issues in clear and simple terms. Sharon also offers deals with standard residential conveyancing for her clients too.
